Our Home Story
This is a family owned home coming from Falconeri Pinheiro & Aspocleta Braganza to their grand daughter Judith ..... We started with the mission of restoration of this 150 years old VILLA PINHEIRO GOA under the watchful eyes of the other grandchild Belinda to provide the best holiday in a Traditional Colonial Villa in Calangute Goa & Pool rental experience for our guests and living amidst a typical Goan village atmosphere.
With years of experience in hospitality, we understand what it takes to make your stay unforgettable.
Restoration
We started with the mission of restoration of this 150 years old Colonial Architecture home and was completed in the year 2008.
Care was given for upgrading the home for modern ammenities but keeping the structure untouched. The walls that were made up of a premix of mud and other components were replaced with brick & modern motar.

Our property is nesttled in a vaddo with living neighbourhood and hence it is important to maintain Silent Hours post 22.00hrs.
Our property consists of TWO units what we call Villa & Studio. The Villa consists of two bedroom with independent washrooms which sleeps four ............ the STUDIO sleeps Two with additional 2 in the attic .....the attic room is not independent The washroom is shared ......... The studio is ideal for family of four, however also suitable for four friends !
We have a well equiped kitchen with utensils and heating stove, There is a Washing Machine which can be used by yourseleves.
We have a Plunge Pool of of size: 5mtrs x 3 mtrs to take plunge into.
Parking space for upto 3 SUV's ......... we have INVERTOR to take care of basic lighting and cooling [fans]
